What Others Say About Jane's Visits
"Jane Kurtz, as a featured speaker, provided insight into her life
in Ethiopia with her family. Jane speaks with such conviction about her
love for that country, its culture, and the people that you feel, as
you look at her slides, that you are there with Jane's family. As a
speaker Jane also makes her audience aware of the knowledge she has in
the area of children's literature. Jane is not just an author of
children's books, but an authority in the field of children's
literature..." -- Naomi Williamson, Children's Literature Festival,
Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, Missouri.
"Jane Kurtz is a mesmerizing speaker. She holds audiences captive
with stories about her very interesting life and her work as a writer.
Even when speaking to a group of more than 300, her genuine
friendliness and love for her work shines through her words." -- Dr.
Lee Galda, University of Minnesota
