Classroom Connections
- Read other books about "friends" expecially the George and Martha series by James Marshall; Frog and Toad series by Arnold Lobel; and Steven Kellogg's Best Friends (Dial, 1986).
- Discuss how it feels when someone doesn't pay any
attention to you and leaves you out of play activities. Make a list of
how you could include other people even when you have a new person to
play with.
